They promise one thing and don't deliver . They say they want to help, but then don't - but it's not their fault, their hands are "tied". Loyalty means nothing and is certainly not rewarded o . I made the mistake of going south to their competitor first and not only did I leave 4 hours later WITHOUT what I went in for I was completely mislead!
