We live 3 hrs away and our sales rep Scott took a small deposit to hold the car. When we arrived the car was already on a lift for our inspection. We were left to look at it by ourselves. The showroom was amazing and every employee was pleasant. They took the car off the lift and once again we were left alone to view the car, being able to talk without someone looking over our shoulder. Scott checked with us several times to make sure we did not need anything. When we were ready we took it for a test drive in an industrial park setting whigh had its pros and cons. Pro equals no traffic to deal with. Con is you really can not get up any great speed. We came back, made an offer, they countered, we countered...shook hands on the deal. Gave them the deposit, they did the paperwork within 15 mins while we looked at all the cars in the showroom. Our financing was thru a Company they use that offered very good rates. It took 4 days then we were headed back down to pickup the car. It was ready, took 5 mins to sign motor vehicle paperwork and we were on our way. Three hour drive home with no issues except carb runs a little rich. Following week we receive our title app, registration AND a check for overpayment! Can't say enough good about this Company...but Scott you could have filled the empty gas tank!!!!! Thanks for all you did, you've got customers for life and we are spreading the word. More

Dave Pfister worked with me and was absolutely 'a friend in the car business' while we were talking about my truck. he was quick to return calls and thorough in his answers. I work odd hours which left me sending emails after I knew the dealership was closed. I expected answers the next day--Dave was answering me THEN after the dealership was closed--and before it opened in the morning. I absolutely recommend these people for a quality experience. If they've got it and you want it--CALL and talk to them about it--you will not regret it. I cannot speak highly enough about Dave and the rest of the good folks at Streetside Classics in Tampa.
