Seamless, No Hassle Sales I am very pleased with the entire transaction. When I dropped the car off the facility was clean and organized. The staff was friendly. After waiting just a bit I filled out the easy paperwork with the Consignment Manager. They assisted me with the title work that I sent through the DMV that was right next store. My vehicle did not sell right away, so I made phone calls to reduce the price to facilitate a sale. It was totally easy. My car sold and I received the check the next day. The cars are usually not local so getting to the point of purchase requires constant contact with the sales staff before a visit to test drive can occur. In some cases the vehicle can be inspected by an independent agent and all the correspondence reviewed so that a decision to purchase can be made over the phone.
