As a sales director in a top fortune 5 company, I was very impressed with how Jim took a client-centric approach to the overall transactions. I was by no means pressured into this transaction while Jim not only educated me about my various options but was extremely patient with open lines of communication through the cycle. Given this is a consignment store, I still felt that Jim was acting with both my best interest and the seller in mind to which we ultimately landed on a deal where both parties felt valued.
