I called and spoke with Pat Bowen, Internet Sales Representative, who was most helpful. He answered my questions and got the vehicle certified preowned during the call. His effort alone was enough for me to make the 80 mile trip to look at the vehicle and possibly work a deal. Upon my arrival Pat approached me in the lot. I found him to be very pleasant and sincere. He had the vehicle ready and waiting. I looked it over and was pleased so we went inside to discuss a deal. He was very courteous and professional and I was pleased with his effort. Unfortunately, we were not able to make the numbers work. It was a good deal but I believed there was a better deal to be found. However, my overall experience was excellent. More
