I wish we had read these reviews BEFORE we purchased a car from this dealer. We ended up buying a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited. We had walked in telling them we were financing through our credit union car from this dealer. We ended up buying a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited. We had walked in telling them we were financing through our credit union. We were there for 3 hours 2 of which were sitting in the building waiting for them to do what they needed to do for us to leave. We finally got through the finance department and told Eric, our sales person, we would pick up the car the next day around noon. He said he didn't come in until noon but would come in early if we really wanted to pick up the car at noon. We agreed that we could wait to pick up the car and asked him to have it ready by 3. The next day we had some errands to do and I texted Eric letting him know we were on our way around 2:00 pm. When he didn't respond I called him @ 2:30. He asked if we could come and get it in an hour. Obviously he did not do anything to get this car ready. I said no we were on our way- when we showed up we waited for 20 minutes or so and they finally brought the car out. They washed it but did not detail it. The sticker glue was still on the windows. Eric could see my irritation and offered to have me bring the car back in for a detail. But these guys had already established that they promise alot with no action. When he went to hand us the keys there was only one set. Eric told us they couldn't find the other set and that was why it had taken so long the day before . SO THEY PUT US THROUGH ALL THE FINANCING AND KNEW THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND THE SECOND KEY AND NEVER TOLD US UNTIL WE WERE DRIVING OFF THE LOT. Eric PROMISED that they would search for the key the ext day and if not found would order one for us to have next day aired. After two days of not hearing from them I called and wanted to speak with the Sales Manager or the General Manager. Neither one will take our repeated calls or call us back. I called Jeep/Mopar to complain and ask for assistance. The case manager took the case and said she would get back to me. When she did not respond I called and emailed to which she did not respond to either! Yesterday I called Jeep/Mopar and asked for a manager- She was from a different division but assured me she would get the manager of the division I needed to call today. My husband then called and asked for Eric so that we could resolve the second key. The customer service person told us that Eric had our second key but he was out for his birthday. As I no longer trust anyone who works for this unethical dealership- I called and asked for Eric and was promptly transferred to him. My husband had a conversation with him and told Eric to walk over to the Sales Manager or General Manager and tell them to call us back......Crickets. Had they told us the day we were purchasing the car that they did not have a second key we would not have purchased the car. If you do a transaction with this dealer they will NOT be transparent and they will not be truthful. They play large part of why people do NOT trust or like car dealerships and stereotype them to be someplace to avoid at all costs. More
Is This Fraud? I have a 2019 Jeep with less than 8000 miles. I complain last year about the brake pedal, it keeps heading towards the floorboard. To me that means s I have a 2019 Jeep with less than 8000 miles. I complain last year about the brake pedal, it keeps heading towards the floorboard. To me that means something is wrong with the master cylinder. But now they tell me it’s normal they’re all like that. Well this year the brake pedal is getting close to touching the floorboard. So I took it back in again I asked them to check the brakes, I also asked them to tell me what fluid was leaking and accumulating near my driveshaft. Instead they order a multi point inspection and make no mention of the brakes nor the leaking fluids. End of problem right? 06/08/20. More

Stay Away from these pathetic people This would be a negative star if I could put it. Stay away from this place and whatever happens, do not get your car repaired here. I had a problem wi This would be a negative star if I could put it. Stay away from this place and whatever happens, do not get your car repaired here. I had a problem with transmission (stick) on my jeep. I took it in and they made me an appointment. I dropped my car and they kept it for a month. I believe, they lied to me in the process as well- they told me they had to get a part to open the sealed transmission component and after a week, they still had to order it and it was going to take another 5 days. A month later they handed my car back to me - told me transmission was fixed and clutch was good - no issues with it. The first week after I received it, the problem was still there, I called them to inform the problem was reduced but not completely fixed. I was advised to continue driving a week and bring it in after. Within the week, the transmission completely jammed and car would not go in gear. I noticed there was a leak in the clutch cylinder. I had to tow the vehicle to them. They told me seal on the cylinder was broken so all oil leaked. When they inspected the clutch and there was no issue and no leak before handing the vehicle back, how clutch cyclinder seal was broken. Anyway, another $760 bucks to fix it - this is usually a $300 or less job and $760 is what I paid after discount. The car still has issues. First the transmission problem for which I originally took the car in, is still there (it is reduced but not fixed) and on top of it, now the vehicle jerks for a few seconds in first gear after the clutch cylinder replacement. Even after spending so much money and waiting so much time, it is not fixed. Customer service is absolute garbage. They have no courtesy, no sense of accountability and they will not hesitate to lie through their teeth. Never again I would go to this place. They are a rip-off. I used to go to Walnut Creek dealership. To save me some time, I chose these inconsiderate, pathetic people. I would have to take my car in again but this time I would take it to Walnut Creek dealership. There is a reason this business has an irrelevant review rating but Walnut Creek dealership rating is very high. More
Credit rating went down because of this dealership! really hate doing this but after all is said and done, the experience was overall not good. On September 17th I went in was asking about a Ram 1 really hate doing this but after all is said and done, the experience was overall not good. On September 17th I went in was asking about a Ram 1500 that I saw on their website. I mean, it's the back to back truck of the year...this is the first American Truck I've ever bought so I was nervous. I was paired up with a guy named Wes who is a nice guy and also Amir, who is also a nice guy. They both showed me different trucks and i thought i found one that I wanted. So I submitted a credit application and understand that they'll submit to 1-3 banks to find the best rate. So i found the truck with the right APR (a little high but it's okay) but the numbers work out. Before signing, went see the truck one more time and realized it was a short bed, not the 6ft bed. Politely, I said i could not buy that size bed and they understood. We looked for a 1500 in my price range and couldn't find one. After going through a terrible ordeal at another Ram dealership (it's their cousin store-go figure) and rolling back a truck contract that I had with them, I was shopping around. I kept getting emails from Experian about my credit score has changed. I thought it was good because i was paying down debt. Well after I ran my credit i found out that between September 17 and October 3rd (called each bank and verified it) Stoneridge had ran my credit/shopped around my score 13 times. My credit went from a *87 to a *29. I went back. livid! I spoke with one of the sales managers, the financing director and explained the situation. IF you were going to shop around, why didn't you contact me OR update me on what you were doing? The credit application says they'll do a "reasonable" job of getting the best finance deal they can. 13 times in 2 weeks is NOT reasonable. When I explained it, they said they would try to work numbers to make it work. later that day a manager called and gave me numbers: 10k down, trade in at 6.9%. I said i would have to think about it because the payment would have to go up (price of truck was more expensive) I had 10 grand down and a trade in that was upside down but after running the numbers from Chrysler financial now it's 14k down and a higher interest rate 9.5 and 1000 dollar LESS than yesterday-this was supposed to be a better deal. So basically because my credit was ran 13 times, my score went down and now I can't get a truck from them OR any place else. I wish this was a better story because Amin (finance guy) Joe (sales manager) seemed to try to do the "best" they could in getting me in a car but they were not able to right the wrong of ruining my credit in the meanwhile making it very difficult to get a new vehicle. Oh, this was the best...they say..."get the truck today and in a year you can refinance at a better rate when your credit gets better..." I would love nothing more than to have a dealership that is honest, upfront, and honest about what they can do. not keep people hanging on false promises trying to make it better. I wish I could in good faith recommend this dealership, but I can't. Buyers beware. More
