Illegally charging Customers BE Very Aware. Stone Mountain Toyota is charging their customers a dealer fee on top of the listed online price which is against the law. The Georgia BE Very Aware. The Georgia government law clearly states when dealers advertise an online price for a vehicle, the dealer fee must be included. When I brought this to their attention, they brought me into a private room to discuss so that other customers couldn't hear. They discounted my rate $899 and then had an attitude with me while we finished up the deal. Shame on them. I hope all customers read this review so that they are educated before buying a car from this facility. In the end, I received a great rate for my son's new vehicle and they learned that a woman shopping with her teenage son for his first vehicle won't be taken advantage of.. EVER! More

Charged tire rotation but not rotated my tires twice. First time I noticed that my tires were not rotated, 2nd time i marked my front tires then that proved this dealer employee don't rotate tires but cha First time I noticed that my tires were not rotated, 2nd time i marked my front tires then that proved this dealer employee don't rotate tires but charge customers.
