We discussed what was needed and ended with my car washed. I drove away and immediately felt the difference in my drive. I think I will stay with St Mtn rather return to my old dealership Stonecrest. I felt violated by your representative. I had a dented rim which needed to be replaced. I was told I should purchase the other on that side. I declined because I felt it was fine When my c I had a dented rim which needed to be replaced. I was told I should purchase the other on that side. I declined because I felt it was fine When my cat was returned the hub cap was not on. He informed me that it wouldn't fit. I then looked at the rim and it had fresh scratches on it that made the damage worse. He then told me if I came back he would give me a discount for their other rim. I felt like I was being scammed. There was also anotherwoman who was also alone. She was also being victimized and she was very angry also. I switched to stn mtn because the service at Nalley was underhanded. Now the same thing is happening at this dealer . Are all dealers for Toyota becoming con artists. I guess I'll move on. Hopefully I'll find one that's honest. More
