On May 25th I took my truck in for a multi inspection and an oil change. The service manager Bob White told me everything was fine and nothing was wrong with my truck. After leaving the shop when I started u an oil change. The service manager Bob White told me everything was fine and nothing was wrong with my truck. After leaving the shop when I started up my truck it begun making a clicking noise. 3 weeks later I had to have my truck towed to the dealership because it wouldn't start the dealership first stated it was the battery which was not the battery because the battery was brought previously from the dealership. I received a call from the dealership stating that it was the starter and not the battery. I was told that the starter is not covered under a 7-year hundred thousand mile warranty whereas my truck only have 71,000 miles on odometer. My truck is practically still brand new they will not honor the warranty as they should. I have two warranties from Nissan one warranty when I call the company the number does not work. I contacted the dealership and the dealership referred me to the attorney because they sold the dealership in 2020 and my vehicle was purchased in 2018. I have left numerous voicemails with Bob the owner and with Allison the controller and also voicemail with the lawyer no one has returned my call regarding my warranty. When I asked for a working number for my warranty I was given the gap insurance number in order for them to assist me with an exclusively Stone Mountain Nissan warranty therefore I'm unable to get this problem resolved because no one is answering my calls I cannot get a call back from the lawyer that has all the records for previous customers before the new owner has taken over the company. I am very very highly dissatisfied with how my repair is being handled I was sent an email message stating in my vehicle was ready for pickup, I get there about 12:30 today half the engine is off of the vehicle but yet you say my vehicle is ready with an invoice attached to the email; I get there no one's there to be found to discuss my vehicle Patrick is not there Bob White is not there. We have brought three vehicles from this dealership within 3 years and they all have warranties and I cannot get the help that is needed for the questions regarding my warranty I've been given the wrong number regarding my warranty and I was told I have to go through the prompts for Master Tech in order to talk to someone about my warranty. Well I contacted Master Tech and Master Tech told me they do not handle warranties they only handle gap insurance. So my question is to the dealership is why would you steer a customer in the wrong direction; is it because you don't want to cover what needs to be covered under the warranty? A company should not give the customer the runaround this is not right and this is why they deserve this rating if I could give them no stars it will be no stars. I'm highly dissatisfied with Nissan. I do not feel comfortable having my vehicle serviced here any more and also purchasing future vehicles with warranties. Never ever again. In addition,I come to pick up my truck and to be told they have the wrong part to repair my front bumper this is unacceptable for service. How can a customer have faith in service as this such? Finally at 5:42 PM I received a call from Allison the Controller stating she can not help me because they did not issue the warranty and they are new company. When you buy a company from another company why are the warranties not being honored and then she give the excuse as to she don't know anything about the other warranties. If you purchased a car before 2020, check your paperwork. They can't even give you a number to contact the warranty department because it was another company. This is wrong. I have 3 vehicles with warranties from the old company and unable to use them. BEWARE BUYERS IF YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED BY A DEALERSHIP DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I see it is very convenient for the owner to reply to 5 stars reviews however where are the replies for customers having issues with their warranties. More
