it's been over a month since I purchased my car and i am still waiting to get the bumper cover on my 2018 Rogue repaired. I also got a call a week or so ago from the customer service people and i advised the person that nothing has been done yet. She said she would email TJ to get in touch with me. I have still not heard from anyone. Please contact me so this issue can be resolved. I Believe it's a very minor repair-replacing a clip? Apparently the salesman who sold me the car was terminated shortly after. More

I absolutely LOVE Heath Wages he was the best, I was so frustrated with the Warranty company and going through so much and Heath made the process so smooth, He communicated with me the entire time kept me frustrated with the Warranty company and going through so much and Heath made the process so smooth, He communicated with me the entire time kept me up to date with progress or issues and I never had to wait for a response when I had a question or two.
