I was greeted near the showroom entrance by sales rep Ted Eshleman and told him I was told to meet with Strom Altman, the sales manager. Mr. Altman was very helpful. I feel like he went above and beyond to make my Honda Civic trade in and car buying experience excellent. He really made me feel at ease and like it mattered that I was satisfied. Being a single female, this was very reassuring and extremely important to me. He listened and understood that I had done my own research and that I already knew what I wanted, a 2019 Forte LXS.
