We'll never go anywhere else and will send friends and family to Ryan, no question! Ryan Jones' prompt, professional and extremely courteous email manners distinguished him right away from 6 other Subaru Dealerships I was in contact with. After a weeks worth of research, I offered him a price I deemed fair, and he didn't hesitate to accept it. I couldn't wait to meet him! I wasn't disappointed! Young, yet experienced, and full of energy, we were welcomed like family members. After our time with Jim Heiman getting to know the car we wanted to purchase, Ryan made sure without a flinch that the agreed upon price ended up on our check without a bunch of miscellaneous other charges and fees. Bravo! Hats off to you, Ryan! Just before we were to leave and were saying our good byes, Jim pointed out a small superficial blemish on the back of the car. Ryan didn't hesitate one moment, jumped in the car, took it to the detailing department and was back seconds later, with the spot perfectly buffed to perfection. In parting conversation we learned about Ryan's family, and why it is so important for him to make sure as customers we know about all the safety features, since we at times have car seats for our grandchildren in the rear, and also that the Subaru Forester is the best vehicle for seasoned adults. All in all there was so much joy and laughter, little anecdotes swapped, ... in the end I felt I needed to hug my Car sales man! Now how many times does that happen?? Ryan gave us the warmest welcome to the Stohlman Subaru family, assured us that this is the way the owner wants his customers to feel, and reminded us that this was the beginning of a journey and personal relationship with Subaru of Tysons. We will be invited back for a personal Q&A after two weeks of driving our new car, as well as to monthly tech clinics that are free of charge with refreshments and food at no charge. I'm greatly looking forward to remain friends with all the people we encountered during our first experience at Stohlman Subaru of Tysons! Jim Heiman, who was assigned to us to take us out to drive a couple of vehicles, is the kindest, most patient, relaxed and most polite companion you could wish for when purchasing a vehicle. He's very knowledgeable and took all the time it took to familiarize us with all the new tech and computer features that come with the car, that we more mature folks are not intuitively drawn to. He didn't hesitate to go over a couple of questions twice, was most polite and courteous even if he had explained something before, friendly and accommodating in a caring way. He makes you feel comfortable around him right away. No aggressive sales techniques, more like a buddy who's going to do his best to make you aware of what a good choice you've made by selecting this vehicle. Several time he reminded us that he'll be there for us any time, even after we drive off the lot, and invited us back to a personal session in about two weeks time, at no charge, to answer any and all questions we most likely will have after driving the car for a couple of weeks. Thank you, Jim! And lastly I want to mention how pleasant it was to complete the financial transaction with Business manager Anson Lee Sam. Another very courteous, polite and calm personality, Anson instilled that same calm in us as he patiently explained the different extended warranty options, some of them twice. Even our declining them for now did not affect his smooth and professional manner. Friendly and confident, he made this part a pleasant experience as well. He kindly took us around several lots and showed us everything they had, at the same time explaining some new Subaru changes because we already own a 2009 Forester. It is great but we found exactly what we wanted, a white 2018 Outback with all most of the options such as wheel arch moldings, etc. And of course we bought it with help of Alex. The only problem was the financial manager made us wait for 3 hours but that was OK as we really wantedd to drive away in such nice car. Alex even gave us a free gift in the form of a cargo net. We started our car search using an internet query that notifies several area dealers. Alex was the quickest to respond and the most diligent with our request - which required him to travel to Leesburg to retrieve the vehicle we wanted. Another great experience at Stohlman This is by far one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. I worked directly with Kenny Smith and Dennis Chen (sales consultant) and they were true superstars. I previously worked with Stephan Sagbo and he had set the bar very high but I am pleased to say Kenny and Dennis did not dissapoint. Kenny reached out to me via email about returning my leased vehicle and getting a good deal on a replacement. I had wanted to upgrade the trim level of my jetta and Kenny was able to quickly get me some numbers or how much more it would cost. He stuck true to his word and several hours later I was in Stohlman test driving the two options I was looking at (GLI and SE Sport). Both of the vehicles were ready for me when I got there and Dennis was ready for me immediately. When it came time for the paperwork the numbers on the paper matched what Kenny had quoted me and there was 0 haggling involved or necessary. Dennis made the experience great and I was able to drive home with my new Jetta SE later that day. I had forgotten my maryland license plates with my prior lease trade in and Dennis made the trek all the way to Rockville to return them to me just so I wouldnt have to fight the VA traffic to get them. Talk about customer service! Hue was great and when he noticed that there was an error with the contract he reached out himself to ensure I would get the correct price back to me. These guys are great and if you are looking for a wonderful experience with knowledgeable people who are genuinely good human beings - this is the place to go to. Two of my colleagues purchased vehicles here, a 2013 subaru STI and a 2015 Subaru crosstrek and I will continue recommending Stohlman to anyone looking for a quality experience. 5 Stars! More

Above and beyond I had recently stopped in to inquire about when the 2016 TDI Touareg will be released for sale. I had visited another dealership in the area and the salesperson had no idea that a Touareg TDI even existed. This experience almost turned me off from VW entirely. I then stumbled upon Stohlman's and spoke with a young gentleman by the name of Stephen Kappler. He was extremely patient and informative about the TDI settlement process and timeline for Touaregs and 3.0l vehicles for sale. His enthusiasm for the brand and professionalism are what turned the entire experience around for me. We exchanged information and my wife and I are excited to hopefully take delivery of our Touareg in 2018. More
