He was very honest and provided a ton of information about our car and why Honda did or didn't do things and how it compared to the Sienna. We wanted a dependable, functional and safe vehicle for our family and knew the Honda was the best choice. We feel very lucky to have come into the store without any contacts and were able to link up with Jim and get his expertise and find the last Odyssey with our features and color. I am totally satisfied with the service I get when I enter your dealership. I bought my car from Stocton and Malone and have done all of my service there since 2007. They all go out of their way to listen to my concerns and to get me the best possible pricing. I also know and enjoy 3 of the shuttle drivers the last one being Tony. I have even been surprised by a couple of car washes at the completion of my service which was a very nice suprise. More

2 weeks after buying our F350 we had mechanical trouble - on our way out of town, on a holiday weekend, for a family vacation. We contacted the dealership, had the truck towed in and the promise of a rental on our way out of town, on a holiday weekend, for a family vacation. Approx. 2.5 weeks later we picked up the truck after the repairs, hooked up the camper and took the truck for a test drive. The truck started overheating when we would reach a hill (i.e. I15 at point of the mountain). Returned it to the dealership and had it back within a day. Through all of this we have been treated with courtesy and everyone has been very responsive. It's a situation that could have created a feeling tension or defensiveness, but did not. At no time did we feel a lack of support or lack of concern for the situation we were in. More
