the only one thing that bothers me is that they told my husband that they change the windshield wipers at 20k miles and this was the 20k mile oil change and THEY DIDN'T DO IT!!! More

Multiple errors with providing customer on status on vehicle. No loaner car available, waited until 1 hour before closing to offer no assistance. More

The service department failed me miserably here at Stingray Chevrolet of Plant City, FL. I was there on a Tuesday for a part to be installed on my truck. I arrived at 930 and left the dealership at 300pm. Only to drive home and noticed another service light on. I took my truck back to the dealership the next day, arrived at 11:45 and didn’t leave until 600pm. The service advisor informed me at 4:15pm that my truck will need to stay over night and there’s no loaner cars available and I’m sorry. Why didn’t you inform me earlier? I shouldn’t not have to come find out to have an update on my vehicle. I had to scramble to find a ride home, the only response you can say is “I’m Sorry”. I came here twice for an oil change before this happened but now I will never recommend anyone come here for any services. And to top this off.. I see a few screws in my truck that were not put back into wherever the mechanic pulled it out from. Horrible Service.
