Had appointment with advisor named Rick Shearin. Got to the dealership ahead of appointment and no advisor wanted to work with me. It took a different advisor to take my car in. Ray Hillman was our salesperson. He was very nice helpful and if he didn’t know something he found out since we bought a 5500 there was some things he was not sure. Great attit He was very nice helpful and if he didn’t know something he found out since we bought a 5500 there was some things he was not sure. Great attitude would purchase from him again. I had to take it back for an oil change the following Monday and again Ray stepped and helped with getting that completed. Also the receptionist on Saturday went beyond be helpful on the phone finding someone and a way that we could even look at the truck because the commercial side was closing soon. Made sure the truck was moved over close for us. I can’t remember her name but the date was 3/23/2024 around 2pm Please tell them both thank you for all their help in assisting us with the purchase of the truck. More
