I am writing this to say what a great experience we had with Stevenison Hyundai in Longmont. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. And they genuinely wanted to make sure we were truly happy with the whole deal. While waiting for loss ends to be finished, Johny personally took me around and introduced me to the service dept. So I would see the face behind the names. I have never had this happen at any other car dealer. Why Johny even synced my phone to the blue tooth in the car and made sure I knew how everything worked on the inside of the car. Obviously everyone is here to sell a car, but I felt then and still do feel that my satisfaction was far more important than just selling a car. More

The only negative about our experience was that there was some lack of communication amongst management and a different sales rep regarding the pricing of a vehicle we wee originally interested in.
