If you want to get your title paperwork done do not buy car with cash they will not do the paperwork for you. Apparently you have to finance through them to get treated the right way. Also did not include all of the proper taxes in the final ptice, so i will be paying an extra 450+ dollars for that when I go do the title paperwork myself. My wife purchased a car from Ethio Motors for cash. They did all of the paperwork like a real dalership should.Got the title within 2 weeks. Still waiting for mine from Stevinson. Get in touch with them 1 month after purchase. They say the paperwork got sent back because the mileage for the car on the paper is WRONG. Then they say they wouldnt have done the title anyway it was my responsibility. What? Anyway I got a message saying the paperwork will be AT THE DMV BY MONDAY. Guess what Monday rolls around and the paperwork shows up at MY HOUSE NOT NOT NOT THE DMV. THANKS A LOT FOR THE LIE. SO NOW I AM STILL TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE ALREADY DONE. NO WALK INS HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET THIS DONE. DID NOT BUY FROM A PERSONNAL SELLER AND STILL I HAVE TO DO TITLE TRSNSFER MYSELF. Do not use their service department! They cannot be trusted! They don't get your vehicle in at your appointment time, they don't thoroughly do the inspections, they make excuses that t They cannot be trusted! Worst experience ever took my car there for an engine light and blue link command that engine had fatal issue! Told the engine needed replaced took 64 days and 2500 car rental and they found a spark plug light and blue link command that engine had fatal issue! Told the engine needed replaced took 64 days and 2500 car rental and they found a spark plug was bad lied to over and over that they were working withs service center in California ! Then told me a spark plug was bad refused to pay for rental car and told me to call Hyundai customer service which said they would cover it then denied it and said a district manager would call and nothing!!DON’at GET CAUGHT by using them you have been warned Hyundai and this dealership just lost a 4 car family that will never buy a car from them again and I will never go to or let anyone I know use a Stevesion dealership as they support this kinda of worthless service! Just don’t do it!! More
I don't know about buying your car here, but DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They have had our car for over 2 weeks. At first, it started out well and we heard it would be a few days. It has been over THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They have had our car for over 2 weeks. At first, it started out well and we heard it would be a few days. It has been over a week and 5 phone calls later with not one word from them. I had to go in personally to hear what was going on with my car. When I did, the manager, Tim, gave me his card and stated he would call me the next day and tell me what was going on. I waited all day with no call. I called the number he gave me on his card, stating it was his number, only to receive a message that it was a regular line for Hyundai's service department. Steve and Tim could not care less! I understand the delays with trying to deal with Hyundai, but not keeping someone apprised of their situation is just plain rude and lazy! I even told Tim that I understand delays, but all I am asking for is communication when you are trying to handle 2 jobs and a kid in school with one car and/or a short term loaner. Shame on them and I hope they have to deal with the same kind of disrespect in the future, so that they know what it feels like to be helpless. More
I loved my experience at this dealership for several reasons, one, Tanner made time for me as soon as he called this morning and got me out the door with my Fiesta St by the night. 2) they worked with m reasons, one, Tanner made time for me as soon as he called this morning and got me out the door with my Fiesta St by the night. 2) they worked with me on price upon the understanding that as long as my car was fully paid off and I had money towards a small repair it needed, I would drive off the lot in the car, 3) all the guys in numbers and market were so well versed in what they were selling it felt text book. 4) I bought gap insurance and unlike any dealer I’ve dealt with before, this one was ecstatic I bought it because it saves me a lot of agony down the road, should anything go wrong. Without even a close second, this dealership was the easiest to work with, the warranty is priced well, and all the staff stay on the SAME PAGE. Not one person promised me something the other wouldn’t back up. My Fiesta and I thank you guys kindly for getting me out of my Vw. Nick More
