Buying a car can be daunting. I did my research and had an idea of what I was after, but the fear of having to work with a pushy sales person is real. Being ignored as someone tries to sell instead to my husband has happened before and I was anticipating a similar experience. Instead when I walked in, I was greated by Dejah Escobedo who worked with us through the entire process. She sat with us for a few hours as we went through questions and concerns, comparing the different trims and educating us on what would be our first electric car. Dejah was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and had a lot of insight into electric vehicles in general. We test drove a couple trims and she went through each pointing out all the bells and whistles. She was able to find the exact one we wanted and had it brought to the dealership. She then patiently sat through with both my husband and I to set up everything so we could get on the road. I can't recommend Dejah enough. A refreshing improvement over every other experience I've had buying a car. More

Arrival 8am, car in bay 8:30am. 8:40 car test drive; 8:55 car return to bay. 30 minute exam. Car driven to lot and sat 40 minutes when I approached service desk. I am supplying this review because of your request for my opinion. By the way, I find the frequent computerized contact to be harassment. I grew up in Colorado since 1972. I am familiar with the Stevinson br opinion. By the way, I find the frequent computerized contact to be harassment. I grew up in Colorado since 1972. I am familiar with the Stevinson brand name and longtime local family ownership. I mistakenly applied these preconceived notions when I first did business with Longmont Hyundai. My experience the first time indicates that the now Stevinson Hyundai of Frederick is capable of RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF! the vehicle I bought had not been reconditioned it was filthy under seats and back hatch. Check engine light first day. Went to multiple shops said vehicle needed $12000 of repairs. Went back to Stevinson and they obviscated, lied, covered up, and covered each others xxxxx. They offered to put it in their shop but maintained that the manufacturer dealer who quoted me was the fraud. I lost about 8000 dollars on that car. Just recently I found a car I wanted which was there and I went ahead and bought it. The poorly done front bumper clear coat came off at the first car wash revealing 1000s of dollars of new bumper needed. It was the crappiest car body work akin to putting black shoe polish and some dryer sheets. So Stevinson Hyundai of Frederick actually wins as THE WORST CAR DEALER and I’ve dealt with 100’s. I am so mad at myself for giving them another chance to work their scam. Avoid all Asbury. Avoid all Stevinson. These borderline criminal business practices are systemic in Sales, Service, and MANAGEMENT across a new location and in fact every employee I dealt with there. If you want to keep asking how I liked the experience I will be having my lawyer write to you instead. More
