We bought a brand new RAV4 Hybrid last month and couldn't be happier with our vehicle! We worked primarily with Jay, who's one of the best car salesmen I've ever met. We told people it was actually 'fun' buying a new car in working with Jay. He knows how to build rapport and was genuinely interested in us as people, not just as customers. We had previously helped our daughter and her husband buy a new Sienna from them last March so I'd say our family are customers for life. And I attribute that to Jay. The only reason it's not a five-star rating had nothing to do with Jay. The actual salesman, Luis, and Taylor, the finance rep, were unable to title our new vehicle in our family trust. That did not sit well with us. Now, we have to spend additional time at the DMV office to get the title switched over. We're no happy about that! I do not understand how a dealership that's part of the Stevenson-Hendrick family of dealerships would not be able to figure that out. We purchased a Honda Pilot four years ago and the Honda dealership had no problem putting the title in our family trust. That's something you need to look into and fix. Like More
