I went in to get my Honda Accord Hybrid looked at for the battery seeming to be low on voltage and also for an Oil Change & Tire Rotation. Dean Hines greeted me and took in the information I had told him about the issues and got Nathan Hines to get me squared away. Excellent service out of everyone in the Service Department as they always get the job done! My battery was changed and the other maintenance was performed as normal. I was not able to wait for my vehicle as I left it and Nathan called me to let me know the resolution for the problem and let me know when it would be done.
