Giovanni at Stevenson-Hendrick Honda is who you need to go see! I have had to search for a car atleast three times in the 29 years I've been in Jacksonville. My past experiences with dealers in this town go see! I have had to search for a car atleast three times in the 29 years I've been in Jacksonville. My past experiences with dealers in this town were not good. Some were rude, others pushed to sell you a 'shady' car, and then others just didn't want to give you your keys back when you didn't take the deal. Giovanni and the team at S-H Honda were Nothing like the past! Giovanni was very approachable and welcoming. I explained that because of past surgeries I first needed to sit in the car before I even test drove. He understood and sat with me explaining all the seat features to ensure my comfort. During and after the test drive(s) he was very knowledgeable and patient in answering a plethra of questions. Not once did he or his boss ask for my keys and neither pressured me when I walked out of the dealership after drawing up the original deal. Once I decided I wanted the car Giovanni was very helpful in getting me, not only the price I needed to be at, but even the finance company who I had been with previously. Giovanni even sat with me in my newly purchsed car to help transfer my phone over and set up my radio subscription.
