My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Stevenson Hendrick Honda Jacksonville. From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely nice. We worked with the salesman Patrick Moquin “P3” and he was VE Hendrick Honda Jacksonville. From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely nice. We worked with the salesman Patrick Moquin “P3” and he was VERY knowledgeable to the vehicle we looked at (& with more conversation, he was knowledgeable about all the Honda vehicles). Patrick asked us from the start what we wanted in our vehicle, and why. He walked us through the Odyssey and explained every feature to us, (even the small buttons at the front of the car that might be looked over for a salesman who just doesn't care) but not Patrick! He taught us all about it and gave us time to look around it and test drive it without any pressure. It was so helpful! Patrick helped us to compare the Odyssey to the Toyota Sienna by pulling up a comparison chart online. Every paper work and online website we needed, he was efficient to get! The manager Rory was also great to work with to set a price, and very nice! The whole process was wonderful and the people here are great. Amazing customer service. More

My technician, Brian Zaiko. was extremely thorough and proficient. An unexpected repair was needed and he not only explained, but showed me the problem. The communication between the two make them a great team and the information was clearly relayed to me as well. It's comforting to know that I can depend on them to care for my vehicle as if it were their own. More
