Service department has no consideration for customer's time I'm not sure what the point of making a scheduled appointment is when you arrive to drop off the car ON TIME, only to find a line of cars waiting to b I'm not sure what the point of making a scheduled appointment is when you arrive to drop off the car ON TIME, only to find a line of cars waiting to be checked in. All in all, it took 1 hour from my scheduled drop off time to get my car checked in, then another 15 minutes to get my loaner car worked out. More
Terrible Customer Service. Bunch of liars and goons It is with regret, I have to document my recent experience with BMW of North America and also with one of their dealers BWM of Steven's Creek as one o It is with regret, I have to document my recent experience with BMW of North America and also with one of their dealers BWM of Steven's Creek as one of the WORST car buying experience. I leased a 2017 330i from Steven's Creek BMW in California. I made a one-lease payment and Steven's Creek BMW gladly accepted by $12,200 payment towards the 2 years one-time lease payment. We signed all documents and I drove the car off the lot. A week after the deal, Steven's Creek BMW finance guy 'RJ' left me a voice-mail stating that he had messed up some paper-work and wanted me to come back right away to re-sign all the paperwork. I had busy days and couldn't go back in the timeline he expected me to come back for. I started getting rude & harassing phone calls demanding that I come back to re-sign the paperwork. Now, I don't understand why I am being penalized for their mess-up and they aren't even being polite about it too. I also got a call from Steven's Creek BMW's Finance Director 'RE' who threatened to re-po my car if I didn't come back and re-sign the paperwork. He had the audacity to tell leave a voice-mail that if I don't find the car in my parking lot, they would have repo-ed it and I should come back to the dealership to unwind the deal. Mind you, this is on a car that I have fully paid-out for 2 years in advance and drove the car out legally with all the paperwork signed and handed over to me. The final call was from the General Manager of Steven's Creek BMW 'Patel' who calls and instead of listening to what I had to say, tells me that he has no patience for my story and if I don't come back to sign the paperwork he would re-po the car. Steven's Creek BMW dealership is the MOST UN-PROFESSIONAL car sales company ever, they are a bunch of lairs and goons that try to arm-twist customers for their mistakes. They are not only the worst car dealerships but a black dot of shame for BMW of North America. Now, the sad part of it all is BMW of North America listens to the whole story, does nothing to help resolve the issue. On Sunday mo My experience with Ron Ryan at Stevens Creek BMW was great. I reached out to SC BMW on Saturday night to get a quote on i3 Rex lease. On Sunday morning at 7am, Ron responded via email. I asked for the pricing and he worked out the numbers and sent me the screen capture of his offer. It was super clear and his number was the best among all the offers that I had. I responded and told him that I will come in at noon on that day to sign the deal. When I came in he had the car ready for me to test drive. I test drove and sign the papers and came home. He didn't change the numbers or tried to make me switch. This was by far the most comfortable car deal that I ever had. I love the fact that he was crystal clear from the beginning and kept his words. I highly recommend Ron. More
Warranty Issues I brought in my car and asked if my car was still under warranty. The service advisor said I’m good until July 2018. He even went to double check with his manager to see if it was okay to do an oil change again since I just had one 7 months ago. He wanted to make sure I didn’t have to pay the extra. They had my car for 5 hours and I get a call saying they made a mistake, but my car wasn’t under warranty and for them to do the oil change I would need to pay &$160. I told them that I double checked first before even dropping off the car and he said they made a mistake on the print out so I had to argue with them about it since it was their fault. He says he’d have to talk to his manager to see if they can waive the fee. He calls back in an hour saying my car was ready and I could pick it up. I picked up my car and the courtesy “car wash” they give for bringing your car for service basically did not look like they even washed it. They wiped my windshield inside, but there were streaks everywhere. I checked the maintenance they were supposed to do based on the “warranty” and nothing was done. Everything was still the same including the oil level which they claimed they did the oil change and waived the fee. They had also called me and let me know my service light was on and if I wanted them to check it, it was going to be around $250. I declined it and was later told by bmw when I contacted them about the issues I had regarding the warranty, they said it was up to the management at the dealership if they want to do a courtesy check for the check engine light without charging you. Obviously they just wanted money. This was before we found out my car wasn’t under warranty anymore. To keep my car for 6 hours and did nothing to it, but a bad job of getting the outside and inside cleaned, and having to pay for a rental car. I gave a star only for their somewhat exceptional service. I also had scheduled an appointment and got there early and it still took them half an hour after my scheduled time. Julio was friendly, but the customer service in the end and them getting my warranty incorrect which caused my car to not be serviced at all for the 6 hours they had it. More

Uno - the internet sales manager - treated me with utmost respect throughout my buying journey with him, from the first email communication, to the last point when I drove off the lot in my new car. He did not slip even once throughout this experience. On top of it, I got a very good deal with no stressful or extended haggling involved. Even the finance person was very courteous and straightforward with me. She never pushed me once to purchase extras. I am extremely happy with my buying experience with Steven's Creek BMW! And I'm grinning ear-to-ear every time I drive my stunning, fully-loaded 2018 BMW 440i Convertible :) More
