I loved this establishment. Pablo Pacheco was the employee that helped us get the amazing car that we wanted. He went through all the car settings and lease information with us and got us the best de employee that helped us get the amazing car that we wanted. Started dealing with Stacey on Wednesday February 17, on a used truck. He stated that because of the weather on February 18 they would be closed and that on February the 19th he started work at 12pm to giv a used truck. He stated that because of the weather on February 18 they would be closed and that on February the 19th he started work at 12pm to give him time to get it done. So today is February 19th and have had no contact with him so I sent him a message about 4pm with no response. So again around 515pm I send another message and finally got a response stating that he was working on it now that he was busy. Then 15 minutes later he messaged me back stating that the truck was sold!. Unbelievable and Very unprofessional! Will Never be doing business with this company ever again. More
