Buying an automobile or any form of transportation is a proposition for stress and indecision. It is a major investment for most families. When you do find a dealership which has employees who do understand and care about "you" as an individual, you have a tendency to return to that dealership for qualified assistance. I have bought 2 Toyota trucks. my wife has bought 1 KIA Sportage, and my daughter has bought 1 Toyota Tacoma from Stevens Toyota-KIA. Does this indicate a good product or a good feeling place? The answer is simple. People do not return to a place of business if they are uncomfortable with the surroundings, feel cheated, or pressured by Sales personnel. This brings me to the man who has helped us from the beginning. His name is Matt Francisco. We keep returning to Matt because of his outstanding people skills and understanding of our needs. I can't emphasize enough....he makes you comfortable. There is nothing disingenuous about Matt. He's a down-to-earth guy. Prior to that, we had a good relationship with a local dealer who we brought our vehicles to for routine oil changes, tune-ups and service. But there was something uniquely special about the staff at Steven Toyota that made us make the switch. When we purchased our SUV from Steven Toyota, we got the grand tour of the facility. The work area was emaculately clean. Not a drop of oil or fluid anywhere in sight! We were impressed with the free car wash feature. This is just a fine touch to a great product! Once again, the service staff was so friendly, helpful, courteous and accommodating. I remember being asked if I would need a "loaner" vehicle for a few hours while I had some work being done. You can get decent service anywhere, but it's the quality service and friendly staff at Steven Toyota that keeps us coming back. More
