I am not asking for anything, I just wanted customer service to be aware of what happened. Being a single young woman in a new city is a little frightening and the reason I have a 2010 Camery is because they are supposed to be one of the best selling and reliable cars. I expected to have better service than what I experienced especially since I was going to a dealership. This experience made me feel as if I was being given the "run around" because of my age. I understand things do not always go right, but I wish there would have been better communication on your end, rather then being promised one thing then have it change.
