I have done research to find out what happened during your experience. I understand that you dealt with Jon Irvine and Matt Francisco. We are always here to give the best deals to our customers and while sometimes big cities can beat our pricing, due to more inventory, we are very competitive with our surrounding Toyota dealerships. I am sorry that we have lost your business. I will say that in all of my research it does seem that you were a little impatient with our process and that it was not fast enough for you, we could not even have enough time to appraise your trade, we had to call you with the figures. We have been selling cars in the Valley for over 20 years try to be as fast as possible for our level of traffic. I do apologize if this made us seem rude and disrespective. While you may consider us impatient, I do not. We sat in your showroom for 45 minutes waiting for someone to do something. They looked at our trade-in quickly and I believe thoroughly, but after that point, we were still waiting 30 minutes later. They did call with figures and left a message. When I called Mr. Francisco back, he was nothing short of rude! I had already researched pricing online at other dealers (DC, Richmond, and Tidewater), had the figures and vehicle descriptions printed in front of me, and he proceeded to tell me that I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about. My wife finally told me to hang up on him, because she could hear him yelling at me over the phone across the room! I might have thought that this was an isolated case, but EVERY SINGLE person that I have mentioned this too said that they have had similar experiences at Stevens, and that this was no surprise.
