I count on Sterling McCall Ft Bend for all of my service needs. Today I had to call my Service Advisor, Tariq, about an unexpected battery problem and he got me in immediately, even though I had a scheduled needs. I took my vehicle in due to a recall notice. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and was told that it would take one and 1/2 to two hours. After two hours with no updates, I asked a se I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and was told that it would take one and 1/2 to two hours. After two hours with no updates, I asked a service advisor (Tariq) if he could Look up who my advisor was I did not know. He said no, motioned to the group and said they’re all service advisors. I asked for the manager who then identified my Service advisor. I explained my situation and he apologized and said I should’ve been receiving 30 minute updates. When they checked on my vehicle, I was told they were just finishing it. This level of poor service and lack of communication is routine for this location. My last visit there was a similar experience with a different surface advisor. Something needs to change to improve the service level. More
