Went to get an oil change, my technician was Jessie he was very nice and knowledgeable and let me know my vehicle report as well as giving recommendations. Miranda didn't tell me of physical damage to the car. Also was never told that the car would take a week to "fix". I dont know what was even wrong or what was fixed. Ended up being a full week and was never offered a temporary. Never showed me options and instead "picked" a car and bought it for me. Which would have been fine if the car was fine. Either way, luckily, I am able to fix all these issues on my own. I have now purchased 5 vehicles since 2021 there, and unfortunately Miranda has made it very unlikely I will return. She was nice, but very obvious gaps in her abilities as both as a salesperson and as someone supposedly knowledgeable about the process and inherently, cars. More
