I sat in the dealership 4 whole hours after Jesse told me it was a 2 hour wait . During this wait no one came to give me any updates regarding my car the work literally NOTHING ! At the 4th hour I found Jess it was a 2 hour wait . During this wait no one came to give me any updates regarding my car the work literally NOTHING ! At the 4th hour I found Jesse to get an update & he said and I quote” I left for a funeral someone was suppose to come talk to you did she not ? “Ummmmm no she didn’t if she did I wouldn’t be telling you I haven’t talked to anyone ! I needed additional work on my car . my car had been sitting up finished for 2 hours while I’m waiting to speak with someone about extra repairs . No rectification in site that day from anyone so I left ! Fast forward 2-3 weeks later I get a call from Jesse with THE saddest ridiculously put apology with an offer of a car detail (valued at $159.95 he buttered it up to make it sound good & it sounded as crazy as he did and they told me they didn’t already wash my car because my bumper was hanging ) and to insult to Injury Jesse did inform me that I would be getting a survey and because he offered the detail as a pacifier to this awful situation I should just “ignore “ the survey …YEP he said ignore it for him . So this situation definitely left a bad taste in my mouth 4 hours and my car only received an oil change . More
