My husband and I purchased a used truck recently with the help of Fady. He knew I needed to see the vehicle right when they open at 9am, and he gave me his personal number to begin some of the processes and help of Fady. Because of my time crunch, I wanted to pick up the vehicle the next day for payment. He held it for me and came in the next day on his day off to be there to assist in the transaction. We negotiated a price we were both happy with, and the process was fairly quick. The next day I texted him that I had some service lights come on. He called and said we can bring the vehicle back to check out the alerts and make sure everything is right so I would remain happy with my purchase, and he arranged someone in the service department to help us. The entire time the whole team was very responsive and quick to he helpful, we are very happy with the service and our truck! Thanks, Fady! More
