I bought a car specifically because of Bob. I was very scared I’d never get a car after visiting various dealerships but because of him we bought my Rogue the first night we walked in. He was kind and war scared I’d never get a car after visiting various dealerships but because of him we bought my Rogue the first night we walked in. He was kind and warm and knowledgeable. He was very fair in dealing with the price. He was very patient and explained everything! Kudos to Bob! More

The dealer didn't seem to know what he was doing and said one thing and then I found out it was false when I talked to another worker there. The dealer also said he will send information to the car insurance one thing and then I found out it was false when I talked to another worker there. The dealer also said he will send information to the car insurance company and didn't because he doesn't know how to fax. It seemed as if he just wanted to rush the process to make a commission and not actually help me. More
