Worst customer service ever. Left my car for evaluation after a sudden storm. Waiting close to 2 months and no reply from them yet. I understand that they might be overwhelmed with a lot of cars but my poi after a sudden storm. Waiting close to 2 months and no reply from them yet. I understand that they might be overwhelmed with a lot of cars but my point is whenever I called I was told that they will get back to me with the update before the day ends. I haven't heard from them yet. Same result whenever I stopped by in person. More
