The wait time was too long, what makes it worse is the fact adviser provided the wrong estimate time frame. For this case I waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes while adviser said it would take ups to an hou fact adviser provided the wrong estimate time frame. For this case I waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes while adviser said it would take ups to an hour to an hour half. I understand it is busy because appointment was not available so everyone had to walk in and be on the line. At least that was told me. More
