I've dealt with this dealership for many years now and one of the main reasons that I continue to go back is the service that I receive. I can mention many names because they have all touched my needs in some way (Tim,Doug,Barry, Dan, Richard, Hoot, Orlando,Kellie, and today most importantly Glenn Belgrave) I just took delivery on my new MKZ and was having a problem with getting the garage/condo gate remotes sync'ed with the visor buttons. Glenn came out to my house and sat with me for at least an hour and a half trying to help get the problem fixed which I'm happy to say is now working as it is supposed too. Glenn didn't even sell me the car but his dedication to customer service at Star Lincoln should not go unnoticed. After I believe 16 vehicles that I have leased/purchased through this dealership I continue to come back because service and customer relations are what makes this dealership tick!
