Michael was excellent. He listen to my problem regarding my key fob and my A/C problem. After I left he texted me with updates which made it easy for me, since I didn’t have to wonder what was going on wit my key fob and my A/C problem. After I left he texted me with updates which made it easy for me, since I didn’t have to wonder what was going on with the car. My car was done first thing in the morning the next day. He took the time to explain everything plus he showed me where to put the key fob when the battery went out to start the car. Because of Michael’s excellent customer service I will be using star ford again. More
