From the first moment I engaged with staff at the dealership, there was courteous and pleasant conversation and absolutely no pressure to do anything. Claire Bruce kept in touch with me via email regarding what we were looking for and was very patient and kind with us. Our salesperson, Don McKay, was fantastic and helped us through the process, never pushing or aggressively trying to sell us something we did not want. His 30 plus years of experience in the business not only shows in his professionalism, but his genuine concern for you to be treated right. Even Justin in the finance department was pleasant and courteous in discussing the terms of the deal. My outlook on the whole car/truck buying process has changed to the positive forever because of how the folks at Stan McNabb handled themselves.
