Salesman Thanh Mac, also known as Tom, was very helpful and answered all of our questions, even after 12 days with our car. However, my co-signer was concerned about the behavior of the finance representat and answered all of our questions, even after 12 days with our car. However, my co-signer was concerned about the behavior of the finance representative, Ricky Ogborn, during the finalization and signing of our paperwork. At times, he was loud and came across as disrespectful in his interactions with Tom. Again Tom was great. More
