The Honda service department is always fast, courteous and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the lounge with Starbucks fresh ground coffee! SchoolsFirst member that received SchoolsFirst True Car quote and called in to see if vehicle was available. Phone rep. says yeah and I look online Touring at at $43 total price. Call couple days after to quote and called in to see if vehicle was available. Phone rep. says yeah and I look online Touring at at $43 total price. Call couple days after to check still there and no other add one just as advertised. But whole new story when I get there. Ultimately, quote not honored and female product specialist bashes internet sales team confessing they know nothing other than Vin# they can pull up. And even said they have 0 say in price. Couldn't answer when I clarified why they work there internet sales team "knows nothing and does nothing" to which she said, "I'm sorry but I know others feel tricked too but it's just coz the team doesn't know what they're talking about" I further clarify that online that exact vin# goes for less and the dealer installed add ons aren't listed but she just repeated she's a product Alexis and knows the car. Waste of time, unprofessional and horrible representation to bash your own company. More
