The AWD is useful on the road as well as making the vehicle more stable for off-road use. The prices were discussed up-front, and I did not feel as if any fees appeared that I was not aware of once I decided to purchase the car. Alex was patient and personable throughout the process. Most of it was able to be completed by telephone which is our preference and he was as helpful as could be along with absolutely zero sales tactics. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife and me. He took us on a test drive and explained the various features. Right away Angel determined that the Forester was the car that would suit me best. And he was totally right. The car suits my six-foot tall husband as well. Angel is a courteous, friendly, intelligent person. He patiently answered our questions, showed us how the car works, and took us on a test-drive route so we could ride in different conditions, such as crossing railroad tracks, and driving on an expressway, as well as on ordinary city roads. We traded in my old car, and paid for the new one, plus an extended warranty. The tons of paperwork associated with the sale was very well handled by Angel and another dealership employee. We are very pleased by how easy it was to buy a new car. More
