I had a good experience, but believe it could have been better. The CarFax report on the vehicle had indicated a small damage on the right side. Otherwise, the 2025 Forester was in great shape and had <30K better. The CarFax report on the vehicle had indicated a small damage on the right side. Otherwise, the 2025 Forester was in great shape and had <30K miles. I caught the scratch on the right side door (which had been repaired), and was almost unnoticeable. I was pleased to have seen what appeared to be the entire damage, and the sales rep shared it had been repaired. However, I didn’t see the more heavily scratched front right tire fender flare. When I came outside to take a look at the car, all four doors had been propped open, so I wouldn’t have been able to see it, anyway. That was disappointing because I had already stated I didn’t mind a small scratch. I honestly wish they would have pointed to this bigger scratch on the hubcap, instead of seeing it when I already had the car home. Realizing this, ruined the experience a bit because it could have been easily highlighted when I had seen the other scratch on the body itself. 😏 More

This is my first “new” car ever, so I was a complete novice at the process. I was clear about my priorities and exactly what I wanted to accomplish with the purchase of the car and he immediately identi novice at the process. Chris was totally professional in his approach to educating me regarding the features that were available on all Subarus and specifying the models I might want to consider. When I was able to suss out my choice, he was clear and efficient in reviewing all the attributes that were included in the car I had chosen and was patient with me as I considered each one carefully even when I needed more than one explanation of some of the safety features. The learning curve was pretty steep for me, and Chris was more than helpful in steering me through it. All things considered, Chris could not have done a better job of guiding me through the steps that put me into the right car and minimizing the process. I gladly recommend him without reservation.
