Terrible experience-TWICE!!!!!! This is my third attempt to write a review about this dealer. I will try again. In March of last year, my wife and I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze from This is my third attempt to write a review about this dealer. I will try again. In March of last year, my wife and I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze from this dealer. Well, I drove it sparingly for the first 30 days, and then we drove it to Asheville, NC. When braking at high speed the whole car shook. When we got back, I took it to the dealer and told him what the car was doing. He said the warranty was up and, gee he'll take a look at it, but I was going to have to pay. After writing the General Manager, Dan Parker, they fixed it. Then, last November I discovered that my wife, who took out the loan on this car, had borrowed $17, 000 for this $10,000 car,. A big part of this loan was a Service Contract for $3,186. We quickly wrote the Vehicle Contract Service company and cancelled. On December 12th, we received a letter from the Contract Service Company stating that we are due, or the loan company is due, a refund for 81.00% of the contract. The letter stated we should get the refund in 45 days. 45 days was January 26, 2017. I called Don Mealey in March, twice, and my calls never got through. I wrote another letter to Dan Parker on March 22 and he never responded. It is now April 17th, I have been paying interest for three months on over $2,000 that should have been paid to the loan company for this refund. No response from the dealer DO NOT BOTHER TO POST ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT DEALERS ON THIS WEBSITE. I HAVE POSTED THE ABOVE THREE TIMES, AND IT DOES NOT SHOW ON ANY REVIEWS WITH THIS DEALER. CARS.COM MUST BE RECEIVING A STIPEND FROM DEALERS TO POST ONLY POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Great Customer Service and Deal I visited Sport Mazda while on the fence about buying a car that day. I had been to another dealership in town but they didn't have the exact car I wa I visited Sport Mazda while on the fence about buying a car that day. I had been to another dealership in town but they didn't have the exact car I wanted, but Sport did. Ana was very helpful and knowledgable about the vehicle and made the purchasing part easy. I only wished that someone (her or the finance officer) had warned me of the high percentage rate on the loan (4.99%). If I had known this, I wouldn't have waiting so long to see a finance officer and would've taken a loan out somewhere else with a lower rate. I had to wait almost 3 hours to get my load because they were short staffed (to no fault of anyone's) and the manager offered me a gift certificate for $250 in accessory for my car, so that helped as well. Overall, I was happy with the experience and LOVE my Mazda. More

I had been searching throughout Central Florida for a red Mazda CX-5 and found three dealerships that seemed to offer a good deals on that particula I had been searching throughout Central Florida for a red Mazda CX-5 and found three dealerships that seemed to offer a good deals on that particular model. Unfortunately, one of the dealerships wasn't eager to look for a red one and tried to sell me one of the other colors they had in stock. I was adamant in my color request so I looked elsewhere. Dealership number two had some great buys but they were still a little too pricey for my budget. Finally, I called Sport Mazda and was put in contact with Miguel Soto. Fortunately, Mr. Soto is a very conscientious young man and made absolutely no attempt to switch me from my choice of vehicle to something else that they might have in stock. Being very stubborn, I was more inclined to change dealerships th more inclined to change dealerships than to change either my choice of vehicle or my choice of color. Mr. Soto was very eager to identify a car that met all my requirements and was absolutely the most polite salesman I've ever encountered! He was not at all pushy but truly appeared interested in helping me find what I wanted. He sold me a vehicle that was well within my price range and was exactly what I requested. Even more important to me, he was polite and very kind during the entire process. I never felt pressured doing the process very happy with my new vehicle! I'm not sure when I'll be buying another car, but I am sure I'll be looking for Miguel when that time comes. More
