One of the reasons I had been putting off getting a new car was because I didn’t want to spend hours at a dealership. But with Lori, the process was so quick—I was in and out in about two hours, which was amazing! Lori even offered to give me a tutorial on all the features of my new vehicle. Although I couldn’t do it at the time of purchase, she went above and beyond by offering to come in on a Thursday—her day off—just to help me out. If I ever need another car, or if anyone in my family is looking to switch to Mazda, I will 100% be recommending Lori! She made what can be a stressful process easy and pleasant. Thanks again Lori!
