Need to improve Customer Service I leased a 2015 Mazda 6 and purchased the maintenance package. I took in for my first service on 9/15/14. I experience the worst customer service from Jeremy. I asked him if he had a schedule of the maintenance that would be perform based on the package I bought. He said, "no, it should be with your paperwork. Didn't you read it. He was short and not helpful at all. I mentioned it to the my Sales person (Barby) and Finance person (Richard).They both told me, oh that is how he is. The Finance person said he didn't even know why Jeremy is still working there. Richard, asked Juan Cruz for the answer, but Juan didn't know he just pointed to a brochure. Then Richard took me to Donny, which he didn't know what I purchased but I was only getting an oil change and tire rotation. I ask him don't you guys even wash the cars? He said, only if you request it. This whole experience was disappointing. Now, my worry is I have this lease for three years and I am really considering taking this car to be serviced at another Mazda dealership. More

Great Experience In all honesty, we went to Sport Mazda to look at a specific vehicle we had seen online, but did not really have the intention of purchasing it since In all honesty, we went to Sport Mazda to look at a specific vehicle we had seen online, but did not really have the intention of purchasing it since it was a bit out of our original price range. (We had another appointment scheduled at a dealership elsewhere later in the afternoon.) Upon arriving at Sport Mazda, both our desired vehicle and Salesman Luis that I had spoken with the day prior were prepared and waiting for us. After a short test drive and some talks about my trade-in, we were won over. The vehicle seemed like a great deal for the price we had settled upon. All members of the staff that were involved in our transaction were very friendly and made us feel comfortable with the process and decision. It's only been a couple days, but I am very happy with my new vehicle and the experience we had at Sport Mazda. (Needless to say, we never did make it to the second appointment.) EXCELLENCE! We'd been on a mission for a couple of months to find just the right car for our daughter's upcoming 16th birthday. We spotted one online at AutoTrader.com, so my mother and I headed to Sport Mazda to take a look at the car. We were so pleasantly surprised at our good fortune to work with a gentleman by the name of Daniel Delgado... an experienced, knowledgeable salesperson, a courteous, kind, considerate person... a real gem of a human being! As we negotiated a deal, Daniel pushed things along to accommodate our need to expedite the process, so we could leave in time for school pickup! We'd also like to mention Rey, who processed all the paperwork in a most professional, efficient and personable manner, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
