They're in business for good relations I haven't been yet to a better customer service dealership. I loved that Earnest had many years of experience under his belt, but over all loved that I haven't been yet to a better customer service dealership. I loved that Earnest had many years of experience under his belt, but over all loved that I wasn't afraid to be honest with them as it was mutual. They really did get me the best deal out there. This dealer shop is all about getting you in, sell you a car, and if you don't spend over 40K for a car you are a tr Student and Professionals beware. This dealer shop is all about getting you in, sell you a car, and if you don't spend over 40K for a car you are a treated like a second hand citizen. My daughter, a student, bought a car from Don Mealey's a few weeks ago. She goes to college and has a job. The deal for a used car was signed and delivered. She drove off with the car. When it was time to get a plate for the car, the dealership held us hostage saying that they could not process a transfer of a plate and we needed to buy a new plate (I am her Dad). A difference of over 200 dollars and my daughter has to make up the difference. The mistake was made by the dealership, yet my daughter has to pay the difference. The car has been paid for in full (over 15K), yet the manager, Josh Snell, in his own words said" There are people who pay over 40K for a car and have no problem paying for a plate, you are just trying to get over on us". Yep, his exact words.."Get over on us". Nuff said. Please approach this dealership with caution. They state they are #1 in Orlando, but they don't manage their managers. Josh Snell, you should be ashamed of yourself. My daughter is going to pay the ransom to get her plate, but believe us, we will never (and everyone we know from the whole state of Florida) will never buy a car from this dealership again let alone a Mazda... More

Great Experience I purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 sport touring hatchback and Love it! Kerwin Larocque was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the product, was ver I purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 sport touring hatchback and Love it! Kerwin Larocque was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the product, was very polite and took his time to answer any of my questions. I came in at almost closing time, him and the 2 managers stayed till about 10-10:30pm to work a deal with me that I could afford. When I went into finance, J.R was great about answering my questions, informing me about the importance of gap (which I purchased due to the - equity of my trade) and got me payment free till march which made me a very happy customer! I will definitely recommend this dealer to others I know if they are looking for a new or preowned vehicle! I can now proudly support Mazda products on and off the track! More
