Great first experience. I was a first time car buyer, and honestly I was pretty nervous. I've heard not the best from car salesman and had a bad experience at the last dealer I was a first time car buyer, and honestly I was pretty nervous. I've heard not the best from car salesman and had a bad experience at the last dealership I went to, when I only wanted to look at my options. The salesperson was too pushy and turned me away from everything I asked and wanted to see. This time around I went prepared and set on a specific car. Ernest Evans, the salesman who helped me, was awesome! He heard at my wants and needs, expectations, and showed exactly what I wanted with out any run arounds. He was more than helpful, professional, and did his best for me to have a great experience, and I walked out a proud and happy owner to a cx-5. Everyone else was also great. I was on running short on time, and everyone from sales to finance was great. More

He was very engaging and professional letting me know they would value my business without exerting any pressure. The next contact was with Barby Irby who was assigned as my sales representative. It was a pleasure having Barby as my sales person. She had a great personality and friendliness which made it easy to do business. We had several long distance e-mails and text communications which Barby always promptly, patiently, and professionally answered. There was no playing games, just straightforward communication trying to give me the best deal she could. I knew what car I wanted (CX-9 Grand Touring) and in the end, because of Sport Mazda's staff professionalism and fairness I closed the deal over the phone. I received an excellent price and at the same time had a pleasant experience, particularly dealing with Barby. When I arrived at the dealership I met Juan Cruz who handled the paperwork with a relaxed professional method, explaining everything I signed. I could tell just by sitting and observing the staff at Sport Mazda that I made the right choice to buy there. More
