Patient and helpful As far as our experience with the salesmen, I was very satisfied. We were purchasing 2 vehicles, so the deal was time consuming. Luis was very patient in juggling the two (1 new, 1 used car deals). When Edwin came in to help, he focused on my personal purchase and was a good advocate, answering all questions to be sure we were satisfied, and working to get a good deal. My only dissatisfaction would be in the later stages of the transaction, I would rather have been able to deal directly with the sales manager for agreeing on a price for the 2 vehicles. Both Luis and Edwin are knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to make sure you are a happy customer. More

Luis was the model salesman, because he didn't come off as a 'salesman', but moreso as someone helping me find what I wanted, and worked to make it the affordable choice. His friendly, relaxed composure made a difference. I also feel I could contact him anytime after the sale, with any question or problem and he would be available, as he was later in the day when he replied to an email I sent him within ten minutes. If you are shopping for a great vehicle, I'd advise to ask for Luis Arce. Kyle Whitten was awsome as our sales rep. My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle for our daughter as a graduation from college present. I looked over Craigslist, the Internet and every My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle for our daughter as a graduation from college present. I looked over Craigslist, the Internet and every dealer within a 75 mile radius of my Lakeland home. Then I found the add for the Sport Mazda Dealer in Orlando. This was approximately 63 miles from my house. The price and the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty made it worth our time and effort to come and take a look. I spoke with Kyle on the phone and then come out for a test drive. Kyle was great. He was friendly, courteous and made us feel at ease with a no pressure sales approach. We came back approximately one week later and purchased the vehicle. Again Kyle and the staff at Don Mealy's Sport Mazda eased our minds. We were provided a Check sheet by Josh Snell from the service department, even though this typically is not provided to the customer. This helped us make our decision to purchase the vehicle. My wife is a reader and will read every line of every document signed. We never felt rushed or pushed. Kyle was more than accommodating by copying all the documents we signed even the ones not normally give to the customer. This made our experience so pleasant that my wife said we'd be back in approximately six months to purchase a vehicle for her from here. I hope Kyle will be available when we come back; however, he will likely be selected for a management or leadership role because of the personal attention he gives to the customers. More
