Cool in Cold Weather Hi. My name is Richard Snyder, and me and my Miata live in Mount Dora, which is quite a good ways away from Cory Fairbanks. I am just nuts about my L Hi. My name is Richard Snyder, and me and my Miata live in Mount Dora, which is quite a good ways away from Cory Fairbanks. I am just nuts about my Little Red Miata (2007); it is a gift from God to me. I drive fast and smart: I often zip out of tight situations before other people have time to react! You can't do that with a big car! I do other cool things with my Miata, like taking it for a walk (I walk alongside it while it goes down the street with no one in it. I could show you a movie of this.) My little Miata is just the coolest car! But as you will soon see, it got a little too cool a month ago (in late Nov & early Dec 2019). I am a computer programmer and a professional technical writer, so please pardon my polished writing style - I am not an employee of Cory Fairbanks, and I am not getting paid to write this review, even though it may sound like an advertisement. Honest, this is just the way I write - I have published several books and you should see them...but let's stick to the subject! I have always had cool experiences at Cory Fairbanks, but this was the coolest: We had been having unprecedented cold weather for a week. My little Miata wouldn't start even once in the whole week, so I brought it in to Cory Fairbanks on the back of a tow truck. This cost me a good penny because they are so far away from my home and I do not have towing insurance. While waiting for my turn, my Miata warmed up in the sunshine, and when they got to it, it started up right away for them. So they came and told me, and didn't charge me anything! How cool is that?! How cool are they!!! It's like God healed my car! And saved me the cost of having major work done! it has not had any problems since then! Even in cold weather it starts right up and runs flawlessly! So Cory Fairbanks is a Cool Dealership! Several months earlier I came in with a broken coolant reservoir, and they replaced it for what I consider to be a fair price. At that time I had Error Code P0126: insufficient coolant temp for efficient operation. We concluded that my thermostat was stuck open. They were not pushy and did not insist that it had to be replaced right away. Another time I returned a car cover that I had bought that was too heavy and cumbersome to get onto my car, and they gave me a full refund with no hassles. They never overcharge for oil changes, and they don't try to get you to buy more stuff when you come in for an oil change. I have good respect for their Sales Dept also, because they were not pushy when I was looking at and test driving newer Miatas. So Cory Fairbanks is an honest dealership with integrity. They are good people and they always treat me right. They also have a new showroom and waiting area which is real nice, and they give you more free snacks than you could ever ask for! More
