We were looking to upgrade my vehicle and went in to Sport Mazda North just to look around. We didn't want to be harassed we just wanted to look around and that is exactly what we did. We were asked once if we needed any help and then we were left alone. This indicated to us that we were in the right dealership and allowed us to feel comfortable enough to seek out a Salesman to ask questions. We met Igor. He was very informative and polite. He never pushed us and was always trying to make sure we were comfortable and informed with what was going on. He answered all our questions and really tried helping us to find the perfect vehicle and I did in my new CX9. I had such an amazing experienced and left with the car I fell in love with. A few days after my purchase I noticed damage to my rear passenger side door and my rear passenger side tire and rim. I was heartbroken. I contacted Igor and sent him pictures. He immediately spoke to Mark, one of the sales managers, and They asked me to bring the car back in. When I came in and showed them the damage Mark immediately said they would take care of everything. He agreed to have the damage repaired and the door painted, repair the rim and get a new tire put on. He never hesitated or argued. He told me that they just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. To say that I was extremely happy was putting it mildly. My husband was with me and he was so impressed by how they handled everything that he decided to purchase a vehicle from them as well. He fell in love with a preowned Dodge Ram that they had on the lot. Once again Igor was great and answered all the questions we had and made this second purchase just as easy as the first. After we left later that night we read a few concerning reviews online and so we called Igor and told him we were coming in because we were rethinking our purchase. Igor immediately told us to come back and he would talk to us. Igor went over all our concerns answering our questions and then took it a step further by speaking to Mark and taking our vehicle to Dodge for another full inspection, recall check and software update check. They told us they wanted to ensure we were happy and comfortable with our new purchase no matter what. This was going above and beyond for the customer and we appreciated it and realize this is just what they do. Bud handled our financing on both vehicles and he also made sure we knew everything we needed to know and ensured we got the best rates for our financing. Igor, Bud and Mark have made our new car purchases easy and an exceptionally great experience. We have and will recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Sport Mazda North makes the car buying experience painless. You walk out of there having confidence that you have made the right choice in buying from them. Their staff are exceptionally caring, informative and kind people to work with. We were so impressed by our experience that we will be buying another vehicle and making it three cars purchased from them and if that doesn't prove how awesome they are nothing can.
