I'm very skeptical when it comes to dealerships and typically expect them to try and be deceitful, but this place was great! They are honest, genuine, straightforward and really work to make the best deal for you. I hate car shopping, hate the games many dealerships play, hate the back and forth, but this place skipped all of that. I was really surprised how smooth it went (was waiting for a "surprise" but it just went smooth from beginning to end). We worked with Igor and his team, and they were awesome. Every person we dealt with during the paperwork signing was so friendly and genuine. It made the experience joyful instead of stressful. There was absolutely no pressuring and no sales tricks. I highly recommend going here if you want to get the best bottom line pricing and skip the stress.Very happy with our new lease, the features, and can't ask for more when it comes to value to money with our Mazda They are in a league of their own (both Mazdas and this dealership). We loved the SUV but found it was just too small for our needs. He pointed out a Honda CRV they had just taken in on trade and we loved it. Horrible experience with poor effort to make things right! First off they will continue to call and hound you to come in to buy a new car after about a year of purchasing a car. On one occasion I decided to see what they can do for me due to being told they, key word they, would pay off my old car. This is essentially bait and switch because they will have your original car loan added into the new one so your payments are higher. I was duped and had my credit ran after telling the employee Danny Mendoza i do not want high car payments. He lied and told me they won’t be. At the time my payment was 220 and I told him specifically I want that or lower. Me, being trusting allow them to run my credit, BIG MISTAKE, the rep Danny comes back and tells me payments for a new car would be 350 after I specifically told him I do not want that. He began to argue with me about what I WANTED so I left immediately before receiving my free top off of gas promised by the rep. I wrote a review about his horrible service directly to coryfairbanks. I spoke to Mr. Albrecht the general manager and told him how I was lied to and treated by Danny mendoza and was told I would get gas cards in the mail to make up for my bad experience. I return to the dealership a month or so later for service. They never came. I got another call about trading in my car and I told the rep off and let him know they still owed me from the last time they wasted my time there. I ended up running into Danny Mendoza in which he states “we read your little review, it was a joke” “we had a good laugh”. I proceeded to tell him off and talk to management. Never shop for a vehicle here or work with sales. They are liars and cheats. Even the owner lied to me about sending me gas cards I never recieved after my first run in with that horrible rep Danny Mendoza. I was given 30 dollars in target cards for my troubles. Safe to say I traded in that mazda and got a Lexus. I would never go to Coryfairbanks mazda again. The only good part was service! My rep Jay was amazing and they need more guys like him and not Danny Mendoza. Don’t buy a car here trust me you will regret it especially if you deal with Danny Mendoza. He should not be working with people and doesn’t seem qualified to sale vehicles. He will be a problem for you coryfairbanks. I’m glad I’m done with your business. More
